talked to a guy today at a muffler shop wants 226.25 tax and all included, to install 40 series single in dual out flowmaster and dump it just behind the axle. is this a good price and have i decided on a good set up as far as muffler and dumping? im bad about impulse decisions so i need feedback quick guys lol!!!

 

what kinda dump did you get just a basic one or one of the electric i would imagine a basic one at that price... it is a fair price if thats the set up you like..

 

sonds like a pretty good price. I think i paid 300 on my old truck for dual glass packs and SS tips. So once you figure in your muffler and no tips it sounds pretty good...

 

sorry when i say dump i meant just turned down after the axle, fancy chrome tips or anything like that. i had a '78 chevy with true dual glasspacks turned down right after the cab, LOUD. my friends called my truck bluethunder, you could hear it a couple blocks away. that was then, im concerned with my dodge though. i think its a good price too. i was quoted once at around two eighty but that included two four inch chrome tips. so i guess this may happen soon...any advice?
