Ice products for detailing and washing I have been thinking about trying these Clay bar and wax just wondering if anyone else has tried these and how do they work.

I have used the ICE paste wax and I really do like the results.

i used the clay bar and wax it worked well i enjoy what it did with my color and shine.

i have the spray on detailer and love it. I use it between my normal waxes

a clay bar actually removes impurities in paint. such as dirt that is ground in that a simple wash doesn't get. I usually do my truck twice a year with it and it works well. I don't think it is needed unless your truck is a few years old. I use meguiars clay bar with soap and water. Best thing to do is find a site that tells you step by step on how to do it. Everyone seems to have different opinions on how to do it. And in my opinion, the clay bar is well worth the work. not much fun though for sure. lol

i use a clay bar about 2 times a year....usually before i store the truck for winter and sometime during the summer....i use spray detailer (Quick Detail), between waxes and when i dont wanna spend the money to wash the truck (spickets here at the apartments [:@])....i really like the clay bar and i usually use soap and water with it.....have fun lol
