Hello. I was changing spark plugs on my truck today. (1500 Ram 4.7. 2003)I noticedthat two coils have vertical cracks in the body. The cracks are in the middle of the coil assembly and run about 1 to 1 1/4 inches.The truck is running with no issues, but it seems to me they should be replaced.Has anybody else had this problem? Should Ireplacethem?

I havn't but I need to change my plugssoon. Re post if you do the coils. I havn't been able to find performance coils for the 4.7 anywhere.

 

Iinstalled a couple of new coils last week. Just thought I would postsome pics of the defective ones.
