for those of you that have a sub with the stock stereo that have this device, How is it installed. Does it have a max amp rating like can hook up a big 700w rms amp to it. Ive heard that you tap into the back seat speakers but im not exactly sure how.

A LOC connects to a pair of stock speaker wires and converts the signal to line level. You then run RCA cables from the LOC to the input of your amp and you're ready to rock.
