id reccomend it... its cheap.. easy... and i think its a nice accent to the truck!

 

Looks real nice man! I've thought about doin it to mine, but I'd like to replace the amber lense.. I wish they had a clear replacement.

 

chopperzen your truck would look sick with the lights painted to match your truck... u can prolly get paint from a dealership.... and the amber light comes out you dont need to replace it!!! dooo it!!

 

I've got the paint.. Spent about $600 on paint this year. I'm gonna try to find some clear reflectors and then cut them to the same shape when I do it. Thanks!

Looks great TD. Watch out for those guys when posting mods with no photos they'll eat you alive...LOL!! I will be cracking mine open in the near future to remove the amber reflector. Just not sure if I'll paint it seeing as my rig is silver.

i was looking at aftermarket lights and i just couldnt bring myself to spend that kind of money on pretty headlights....
