Ithought I had finally decided to go with the Rancho Quicklift leveling kit, but Les Schwab (local tire dealer) was telling me that their company has found problems with them and the traction control system on 06-07 1500's. Does anyone know of any problems? I didn't really want to do the spacers, but what are my options?

What kind of problems? What do you mean by traction control? 4X4 or something else?

If you don't have the ESP button on the dash, then you don't have traction control (comes with 4 wheel ABS package). Ask them for more details.

 

I don't have the ESP button, so I am assuming then I don't have the traction control. Which is what I had assumed originally. I don't know the exact problems that sales guy was speaking of, he was relaying info that he received from some company tech and so on. So since I don't have the traction control, I am assuming that I am fine? (I have an 07 1500 QC 4x4). Thanks!

 

OK. I'm good to go then. I don't have the ESP either. I have the Rancho Quick Lifts coming in the mail.
