It's up to you, though, I'm sure somebody else will benefit from your diy. I'm not gonna do that mod, but I'd look at it.

 

Shipping & materials would eat most of that up, I'm just saying, the Recon's cost me $70 bucks plus shipping, I'd have gladly given someone who had the template from the Mopar lights $10 for their troubles and my peace of mind. It was a little nerve racking taking the drill to the roof, even though I re-measured like 15 times.

 

well a template would have been helpful but i kinda made my own... o well the DIY is up feel free to check it out!!

I think any DIY instructions are great. It just pepares you what you are instore for.
