I bought a 2005 Ram 3500 CTD last week. I was poking around under the dash and found an alarm/remote starter. It says "Commander Model 7000 Plus, 4 Channel Alarm and Remote Starter." Key fob that came w/ the truck is generic, just lock, unlock, A, and B buttons but it doesn't do anything except lock/unlock. Anybody know anything about it- who made it, service, programming,or anything? Can't find any info on the net. Thanks.

 

it could be just some cheap aftermarket thing a previous owner used and disabled....
