Looking at towing an airstream 31 foot with 7100 pound dry weight. Bad idea?

I tow a 33' TT that weighs 7500 loaded. Even with the Hemi and lots of mods I would not go any bigger as you are starting to get close to the max combined weight. If you are doing a short trip and it is very infrequent then it might be okay. What is the tongue weight for that particular trailer?
