From the maintenance manual:

Both fuel filters (at bottom of fuel pump module and within fuel pressure regulator) are designed for extended service. They do not require normal scheduled maintenance. Filters should only be replaced if a diagnostic procedure indicates to do so.

INLET FILTER
REMOVAL
The fuel pump inlet filter (strainer) is located on
the bottom of the fuel pump module (Fig. 27). The
fuel pump module is located inside of fuel tank.
(1) Remove fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Removal/
Installation.
(2) Remove fuel pump module. Refer to Fuel Pump
Module Removal/Installation.
(3) Remove filter by carefully prying 2 lock tabs at
bottom of module with 2 screwdrivers. Filter is
snapped to module.
(4) Clean bottom of pump module.

Doesn't really seem worth it unless you know something is wrong.

In a hemi it is a non serviced part according to the manual you may want to double check on the 4.7L. regardless, helopilot is right too much work unless you know something is wrong.
