Default Induction question

I have a question about an 03 Hemi, please forgive me if it is a really stupid one I've only owned the truck 3 days.

It has a Magnum cold air induction fitted, is this a factory installed part (being the "Magnum" in "Hemi Magnum") or an aftermarket part?

If it is aftermarket is it a safe thing to have for the Hemi engine? I'm thinking back to my Subaru days when aftermarket induction kits would screw up the MAF sensor.

That's sweet!!!!

That isn't going to hurt a thing. If it's put out by DC/Mopar, I've never seen it.

CAn you give me a number, part or phone, that may be on the label?

How far down beside the radiator does the intake go?

I just found the intake. It's an AFE Magnum Intake. Nice system. As long as you don't submerge the bumpers, you should be OK.
