ask him what brand fluid... i wouldnt run anything other than stock mopar atf-4 or amsoil.

and 10k is a waste unless you tow soemthing that is at the trucks limits. i kow guys that flush the trans in the 3500 every 15k but they tow30-40 travel trailers daily. i cant see it helping you out any flushing that early.
Thanks.. I thought that was a little excessive.....But i figured i would put it out there, and see what you guys thought.

^^^ i like bouncing my maintence scheduel off others too . there was a guy with the 4.7 in the 1500 that posted up the uoa he had analyzed from the trans. he ahd run amsoil and after 70,000 miles on it they said it was time to change. out the fluid. it might be worth it to ya for 20 bucks to drain some and send it to a lab.

Just got my truck back and it shifts a little smoother. My mechanic said the fluid looked like it got a little warm and he reccomended that i change it every 25k just to be safe.
