Open your hood, next to either headlight you see the rubber flap, underneath you'll see a torx screw that's it, this screw adjusts the up and down. That was easy wasn't it.

Yeah I had to do that too, park like 10-15 foot away from a wall with the lights on so you can adjust to make sure they line up when you move them, I got tired of people flashing their brights at me, lol.
