I have not bought from their website but have purchased tires many times from their local stores here. Always have had great service.Ihave only had 1 tire with a problem that I had to return. They replaced it no problem but I did pay for mounting and balancing. Will you have to pay shipping for warranty service?

I usually compare Discount Tire with Costco or Sams Club to see who has the best price. They also give free rotations and flat repair.

I've been buying tires online forever and Discount Tire has the best service by far. I was actually emailed by real people when they were out of stock, and I was able to email those real people directly when they were back in stock to continue the order. No generic addresses, no web forms, just good and quick customer service.

You'll like their service and you'll love those tires! I'll grab some pics in the morning, though I wanted to wait till the truck was washed it'll do for now.

I've used Tire Rack instead. I tried using Discount Tire and they would not ship to a different address than my house.

Right, like I'm gonna have UPS dump $600 worth of tires in my front yard while I am at work.

What a stupid policy. Hopefully they changed it.

yeah, I just ordered tires acouple weeks ago for the little ladies car from tirerack.com. Was totally impressed. ordered at 1230pm Wed. and they were on my door step thurs 145pm. Dont know about discount tire, or about Coopers, I've never owned them, but have had a few buddies have them. they seemed to like them. I dont care for them, they seem overpriced. I would rather have some cavalier sport or mud kings. Hope that clears things up for you!!![sm=escape.gif][sm=icon_beat.gif][sm=vader.gif]
