Default Bolt pattern?

Hi all,

Anyone know the bolt pattern for 8 lug wheels? A bud of mine has a set of factory Ford F-350 20" wheels and tires and wanted to know if I wanted to grab them cheap. He's going the "overboard 4x4 that never actually goes off-road" look...He's a long ride from me, so just tossing one on would be a problem...

assuming its an 07 or there about it would be an 8x165 which is the same thing in a metric conversion sorry about the large font idn what happenned here....
