Default 3" lift on a 2500

i was thinking about lifting my 2500 3 inches... i already have a 2" leveling kit on but i was gonna take that out and put in a 3" spacer from top gun customz... Now by doing this i would also need to get shocks and then do a 2" add a leaf in the rear. Now it is reccomended that i use a track bar relocating bracket.... why would i have to move the track bar? so before i order anything which i probaly wouldnt do for a while anyway would it be ok to do it without relocating the track bar....... or does anyone know where you can get a bracket for less than $75.... for second gens they are 20 bucks.... any help is appreciated... thanks..

I thought I've read posts by you suggesting people not mess with this stuff and just get a suspension lift?
Or was that someone else?
