i think that would be the stuff that is normally mounted on your fan shroud... the washer fluid and resivoir....

That is the same fan and yes I installed it myself. The red bottles are the radiator overflow and the windshield wiper fluid. That fan pushes 3300fpm and I have towed a 7500lb travel trailer in 100+ degree temps with no problems.
