Default Locking Fuel Caps

I am a newbie on the dodge forum site so if this is a repeat topic please excuse me....

Recently purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab and would like to add a locking fuel cap. I would like to keep the current body access panel and just have the cap itself be locking.

Purchased a cheap one (I know my fault) at wally-world and within a couple of driving sessions got a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. I figured either the cheap locking cap I purchased was either not making a proper seal or not allowing the fuel tank to re-pressurize with the increased "empty" space from consuming fuel.

Therefore, my question to the dodge forum wise users..... Is there a manufacturer who has reliable performance and offers a locking fuel cap that you can direct me towards? Your comments and opinons are welcomed!

That is the manufacturer that Wally-World carries and I picked me up the "10508" model locking cap their website as well as book there at the store said. Attempted a couple of times to put it on the truck and each time i got the warning panel light. Only way to clear the warning was to reinstall the OEM cap and then complete a few what the service manual deems "trips". So far I have not been impressed with the Stant brand.
