My local dealer is bad. I called about a sound (like a bad pulley or bearing) was told thew next avalible appointment is 1.5 weeks away and that Chrysler wont warranty it if you cant hear it inside the truck with the windows up and A.C at full blast. I thought he was kidding but he said he was serious. Im calling Chrysler Mon.
