Try NAPA performance rotors. They're much less expensive and have a lifetime warranty (you get a new set if they ever warp or crack).

definitely go with slotted, with the weight of our truck the drilled rotors will crack and you'll be buyin more in a few months, the harder you brake the more likely this is, i've seen it a hundred times around here

Ceramic pads are the way to go. I had them on my 2002 Toyota Celica GT-S and I had no break dust at all.

dont see any slotted ones.... should i call them??? sounds like you got a good idea goin if they have a lifetime warranty.. doesnt autozone/duralast do something similar?

Hey tdmopar59,

I picked up newfront pair of powerslot rotors for $180 (for my 03 1500). They were onsale then though.The price of $140 a piece on the website you went to is crazy.

I just updated mybrakeswith powerslot rotors and hawk pads. (Got rid of some horrible OEM rotors that kept warping on me...Everytime I hit the brake, the steering wheel shook bad.)Thetruck stops on a dime now and no issues.
