Default Just did Flowmaster now CAI

I just finished installing my Flowmaster exhaust. I ordered one of those kits from Ebay. Flowmaster Super 44 single in and dual out. It was kind of a pain. Exhaust was self explanitory but it was hard finding a place for the hangers. I also had to have a 3" pipe made that goes from the stock exhaust into the muffler. I dont know what they were thinking with the pipe they gave you with the kit. I also got the stainless tips over chrome. I would not get one of these kits again. I would just pay a muffler shop to do it. It wasnt worth the hassle and my time. Dont get me wrong it came out great and looks good under the truck. It was just a pain.
I love the sound of the 44. Its loud getting on it through the gears yet nice and mellow cruising. You can really hear the MDS kick in. Especially around 40-50mph (you can feel it then)
I just ordered the True Flow XDI intake. I got it for $319 with free shipping.
Im hopping my mileage will be alittle better

yea mileage normally goes up slightly with these mods because it is able to breathe a little better... but when these mods are done you should get a tuner and they all should work together for a better improvement....
