Ebay won't kill you. You just have to playit smart. Don't fall into the jerks traps, and you'll be fine.

As far as tint, I always found it easy to bring it in to a place. Lifetime warranty, pro install, reasonable price, etc. But then again, I'm lazy.

I would like to tint mine to match the rear too. But I'm not sure if it's legal here. I haven't done any checking on it yet.

I got mine done to match (I think it's 20%). I checked around here in FL. and out of two places I called and one I stopped at, $115 was the best price I could get from the thieving bastards. I stopped in a car stereo place while up at my farm in GA. one day and was quoted $60! I asked when they could do it, and they said "pull it in a bay now"!
30 minutes later I had perfectly matched tinted windows and almost three years later it still looks perfect!

Wow, that is expensive. I got my cars fully tinted for a bit more than that. I haven't checked but the guys I have do mine are extremely reasonable, I would think somewheres around $50-$60. I'll get it done eventually, just want to get the performance stuff done first.

tintcenter.com has a complete listing for all state laws governing window tints. I anticipate tinting my front door windows and the brow across the wind shield.when the new truck arrives. Ohio doesn't allow front door tint to be any darker than 50%, so I doubt that I'll be going very dark though.

I have 20% on my front windows, with 5% on the rear. My 20% is more like 10% because I had them put it over the factory tint(which I think is inside the window anyway). So you CAN NOT see inside my truck at all, which is exactly what I wanted. No trouble with cops either!

Wow guys, seems like the prices for getting tint done is expensive. I went to a legit, small time guy who did my2 front windows for 35 dollars. It blew my mind. I want to get limo tint for the rear window though...
