well, here's the story and the question. i went to Gainesville Dodge, here in Gainesville, FL (yeah i know the team not doing so hot) with a broken clutch pack retaining clip for the lsd, go figure. i took it into the dealer and they had the ***** to tell me that it was a part that was in the vehicle for installation only and that this being gone is of no consequence, and the fact that it was gone doesnt cause any other problems with the vehicle, and so the stroy goes that way. they said nothing was wrong and the truck is fine. i could tell they would refuse to repair. so i went to another dealer in Starke, Fl, to which i will go from now on, the service manager there acknowledged the problem and that it is frequent. they ordered the clutch pack for me and went in to repair it, they found that the housing was almost eaten through, like a 1/2 in. gouge in the housing. so i get it all replaced, and then the question i want to _____ my dealer. well in the case of Gainesville Dodge i would love to bend them over, take that clutch pack and the vaseline and ..... you know where this is going. what would you like to do to your dealer? keep in mind this is just hypothetical. dont go doing anything you will regret. so leave a post with your answer.

I'd love to do to the dealer, the same thing I want to do to the Dolphins' coaching and front office! NO vaseline!! Right in the pooper. Sorry, about your problems..both on and off the field. I feel your pain.

 

Skip the vaseline and while you're at it, let the stuff rust for a while.

When I had issues with my Ford dealer, I would bring in the F-150 with lemons in the grill, they were not impressed and out right refused to do any maintance or warenty work on my truck, so I parked my truck on the streat at the entrance to the Ford dealer.

My dodge dealer is proving to be = in the don't give a ---- mode with issues I have, mine are minor, but with service/maintance I'm paying for, thiers no incentive for me to have a 5star don't care mechanic or servive advisor deal with me.

And this reflected manny times over to othiers who refuse to buy a product, no wounder Dodge/chrysler are cutting 10,000 jobs, the likes of GM Ford and chrysler don't have a dealer net work who cares or is interested in suppourting the sold product.

Pay up and go away, is my Dodge dealers agenda, if we can't get chrysler to pay, we will get you to pay.

 

wow, well i may not be as mad as i initially thought. here's a good one, make them slide down a razor blade into a pool of alcahol, that would cause a grimace to say the least. so anyway, as kind of a half-way folow up. they have my truck for another four days, and i get to drive a ... PT Cruiser, while not the worst thing i could have been stuck in, definitely not my style. i live in north-central FL and go to the Lawtey Mudboggs every sunday, look it up on youtube, you may be impressed, and boy, the looks i got rollin up in a pos pt instead of a 4x4, and to top it off, on the way home, i go to pass someone like i regularly would, i stomp it, look to the passenger and said "its floored" with a stupified look on my face. i couldnt even feel it accelerate for like 10 sec. then finally it upshifted, yes, upshifted and started to accel, tell me thats not messed up. i almost died due to the hemi not being under my foot. i cant wait to get my ram back, i am literally loosing sleep over it.
