Default mtx audio

Does anyone here have the mtx thunderform w/ 2 10" 4500's box that goes under the rear seat. I know there are loaded and amplified versions of this box. Does it sound good. All i want is my truck to bump.

I was thinking that too. maybe take out the front center seat and build a box there were the cosole part could bolt to the box. Or even somehow raise the passenger seat and have a box under there. Just a few ideas.

well a lot of the boxes on the market go under the rear seat... i was thinking that i would do something along these lines... i figure around sprig time i will put some money on the side for this kind of project.... i'll do some measurements and see what i can do.... maybe i'll even design it on CAD for ya'll... only if i find a good design though... i want to build one ported because it allows the sub to hit much better and i want to put two 10's back there... i think i might go with power acoustiks or kickers... keep me posted on the kind of set up you are going with....

Look at Pioneer's new flat subs. (they have a flat top) they are very easy to mount under the seat yourself, and can also be placesd very easily under the front seats. They are desinged for open air as well, so sound good just stuck under the seats, with a little mdf around the edges.

Stair step boxes are also very easily built. and sound good. You just loose your center rear seat.

Don't spend your money on this stuff, you can build the box yourself! I made my on box just like what you would buy, and I made it for about $20. I got my two 10's and my amp off of ebay, put all of it together for about $90. BTW it sounds great!!!

Box made myself---$20
450 watt 10's------$40
650 watt amp------$30
