what plugs have you been runnin??? go with the champion copper plugs... make sure your wires connect securely...

Did you check all 16 of the plugs? Be sure all of them are OK. Dropping the plugs into the holes can close the gap. Also, make sure the cables are properlyarranged so they don't crossfire.

IIRC, the secondary plug in each hole will fire at different times in relation to the primary plug and base timing, depending on RPM and engine load. I haven't had much exposure to the Hemi yet, but they have some very different systems from the older magnum engines.

The correct plug is champion RE14MCC4

Ok, first-take off the caps lock. All capitol is shouting on a message board.

But I ask again, did you replace all 16 plugs? Like I said, secondary plugs are not just there for shiggles and gits. They are used to time a seperate ignition spark for improved fuel economy, power and smoothness. You could have crossed the cables up on 1-4. Even if the coils on the primary plugs are right, this will cause a problem.

Yes, all 16 spark plugs have been replaced and I traced the wires and found they are going to the correct places. sorry about the caps lock.

Process of elimination, go back to where it worked fine before and slowly change one thing at a time until you encounder the problem again and that's where the problem lies.
