I am shopping for new tires for my beast. (BFG AT KO 285/70/17). Sam's club is going to cost me aound $960 to purchase them, instalation, and warrentee. I was told to try the Dodge Dealership and I might find a better price. Does anybody have any other sugestions?

I looked at some online venders and found some a few dollars cheaper but I will still need them mounted and ballenced.I figure to save time I would go through someone who can install them when I make the purchase. I decided on BFG because a number of my friends have them and say they are the best tires they ever owned. I have Good Year Wranglers on it now and I am not happy with them. I am currently deployedon the USS Enterpriseand plan to get these as soon as I return to the states.

Now back to tires..... I have heard a lot of people who have the bfg's and are unsatisfied with their performance... but everyone has a different opinion... I know a lot of people get tires from Sams Clun and they do have good prices and they can do the service there... But i do think that if you order off tire rack or a similar site they can ship them to a place that will mount and balance them for you... just shop around if your positive thats the tire you want!
