I just bought a nice set of driving lights and want to install them so they are behind the front grill. When i bought them the guy told me they will probably get to hot and melt the grill and that there is not enough room to install them. If anyone has done this before can you let me know how you did it and if you had any problems. Thanks

Do a search I know there is a few guys here that have done it... I thought some1 did a diy on it aswell.

I guess it's possible to melt the grill if you sit still long enough with them on, but why would you do that? Otherwise, the airflow will cool them off. Mine get hot while it's sitting with them on, but that's only while aiming them. Here's a pic of my KCHiLites.
