I have the same problem. I am **** when it comes to noises in ny vehicles, but the door panels in my 2008 Mega Cab rattle and creak, and drives me crazy.

If I could figure out how to add some sound proofing, or trim foam I would. Anyone have any ideas how to stop the door panels from making noise?

hmm..sorry can't help ya guys out...i tried lookin on dealerconnect to see if any TSB's had come out yet about your problem, but couldn't find anything pertaining to the problems....sometimes stuff like that if you take the door panel off and put it back on it fixes its self...worth a shot if no one else has an answer

I have just recently finished installing a bunch of sound proofing to my regular cab ram add it has made a world of differance. I had the same rattle, and I found it to be the connecting rod for the door handle. The plastic dust liner also makes noise.

I will post up pictures of what I did soon to my doors.

You could try taking off the door panel and installing I believe the correct spelling would be Dynamat you can get it at most sound shops it is adhesive and goes on the outer door skins and it will dampen noises.

Mine had the rattle in the doors, all four of them. I also found it to be the connecting rods. I adjusted them, loctited, and put some foam in strategic places nd it has quit unless really bumpy.
