Just a thought in my opinion it is easier getting the loan somwhere else besides the dealership. I got mine from a local credit union and my interest rate was 3% below what the dealer ship could give me(6.5% @ 72 months). Also it was basically a blank check the only stipulationwasthatto get the interest that was quoted it needed to be an 03 or newer. And definatly do what energizerbuzzy said take other quotes, when I bought my first car I cut simular types of car ads out of the paper.....

Way too high. My 2007 QC CTD 6.7L Auto is $680/72 months. MSRP was 46K but had another $1500 in adds (Line-X, Tinting, Alarm and a few other things). Financed 41K, no down, $1000 equity in trade. That price includes free oil changes for 4 years (16 changes normally at $65 each).

You are WAY upside down on your trade plus your dealer is asking MSRP for new and low balling youon trade. Use KBB.COM and TruckTrader.com to get an idea of what your trade is worth on the street. Trade will be retail price minus about $3000-$5000. Sell on your own if you can.

tell them to eat the trade difference out of the msrp, they will still make money. If they want to sell it they will work with you, otherwise dont be afraid to walk away.

This is why I buy old stuff. My Turbodiesel truck only cost me $5,300 + $800 to get it back to CO. It came with a Winch and 6 more tires than a 2500 Ram. Not quite as comfortable or fast, though. And much louder!

If you have the time factery order your truck, The best perk of this, at the time of sale ( factery order ) or time of deleivery, you have the option of chossing the better finance rate threw chrysler at the time of factery order, or delivery, you will have to put down a deposit. but its worth the three month wait.

Let the dealer take the loss on thier truck, thiers allway's going to be better perks, incentives later than now.

The turbo diesel is at least 7 grand more than a hemi ( Canada ) if you can forgo the SLT order up a ST, the deler is going to ride you hard for every option on thier truck and the SLT is a big waste of money, before othier SLT options are facterd in.

I orderd up a 06 SLT 2500 Ram 4x4 reg cab 5.7 6sp, I whish I went for a bare bones ST.

And you pay off a portion of your old truck in the new payments + your new truck, never go in owing on your trade, if you need ther truck wait three months, three more payments on you old ram will + change your credit. debit per income ratio.

Income, credit and term are facters, stay with in your means no matter how nice the truck is ...

Just to give you an example. I recently bought a 08 mega cab and i payed roughly 10,000 less than the sticker price. I had no trade just a singletruck deal. Sounds like some of the rebates have increased since I bought mine so you might even do 1,000 better.

Definately go through another company for your loan. My credit is rough and I got a 10% rate through Citibank (through E-Loan... check them out). Best the dealer could do was 13%.
