Back seat noise

Please help! Squeaking noise coming from back seat in 2005 Quad Cab. I can't seem to locate the problem.

I have this same problem!!! I can't find it either. I told my husband he was going to have to find the noise, it is driving me insane!!! Mine is an 03 Quad.
