Default lowbeams not working

I HAVE AN 06 DODGE RAM LAST NIGHT AFTER WASHING IT NO LONGER DO THE LOW BEAMS WORK. I HVE WENT THROUGH EVERY WIRE I CAN SEE AND MADE SURE THAT THEY WERENT PINCHED. THE BULBS ARE NOT BLOWN. THE ODD THING I FIND ABOUT IT IS THAT THE HIGH BEAMS WORK ALONG WITH THE PARKING LIGHTS. I CANT SEEM TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE LOW BEAMS DONT WORK. THERE ARE NO FUSES OR RELAYS FOR THE HEADLIGHTS? POSSIBLY THW SWITCH COULD BE BAD? OR MAYBE THE COMPUTER? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

both bulbs stoped working at the same time... find it hard to belei\ve that it would be burnt bulbs.... plus i already tested the wiring harneses for power and only the high beams get power not the low beams

This is just a hunch, but may be worth trying. I've heard the '06 headlights are computer controlled. You may want to try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if it "resets" anything. It worked for me when my interior lights were acting up.

I think the high and low beams may be controlled by different relays. Did you wash your engine compartment? You may have gotten the low beam relay wet and fried it (if the relays for high and low are different) [/align]

My guess would be a bad relay. The 2005 FSM (which you can download for free) pulls the batt signal through the headlight switch, to a relay that is energized to switch to high beams and cutout low beams. Could be contact points are welded together. If you have fogs, try to turn them on, if the wiring is still stock) chances are, if the fogs come on, the bulbs are bad, if they don't, good chance its a relay.

I'm pretty sure the '06 usesdifferent power routing than the '05. That's why you can't do the jumper wire thingwith the relays on the '06 to have fogs and high beams on at the same time like you can on the '05. The fuse/relay box is different. Whether or not that has anything to do with this particular problem, I don't know.
