Today I purchased a 2003 Dodge Laramie 1500 I believe it to be a 5.9L I was wondering if anyone knew what size the engine would be (i.e 318 or 327??) It is an automatic. I would also like to know if this model indeed comes in 5.9 L or if it would likely be a 5.7 L or 5.2 L. I needed a bigger truck to hold a growing family

 

they came with 2 motors... a 4.7 and a 5.9. if the intake has a big Keg style intake manifold than it would be the 360...(5.9) Welcome to DF...

ok now that i have found out that i have a 360 engine in my dodge ram can anyone tell me how much horse power these engines have and if i can get any computor chips for this engine.
