Default Check engine light issue????

Okay, so my check engine light came on for the first time this morning. I took my truck to Autozone for the free dignostic. They said it was code: P0456, A EVAP small leak detected and it could be something as simple as a loose gas cap or it could be a list of other things. My first question is should I be concerned about this or is this a common issue on these trucks? Also does anyone know how I can reset my check engine light? Thanks for any help guys!

Funny, my check engine light came on this weekend as well. Try tightening your gas cap and see if that works. If it doesn't try un-doing your battery's + side.

So I just need to disconnect and reconnect the battery to reset it? I'll go try it. Thanks

Tighten gas cap, clear code. If it reappears then worry about it. There are two hoses running to the filler cap, if it appears inspect both hoses, if they look OK replace the cap (buy a mopar at the dealer).
