2inch drop shackles..pull a leaf out...and throw in some traction bars...Your truck will sit almost perfectly level w/slight rake...At a fraction of the cost of most kits out there...And you still maintain the factory ride...Just lose a little in the payload area..

I'm looking to lower the rear a little as well, but I have an '06 Megacab. There doesn't seem to be anything that that lists for them, and I know the chassis is supposed to be off a 2500. If I pick up a set of shackles for the 2500, there shouldn't be a problem right? (If I can find 'em that is)

Can you take out some of the spacers between the axle and leaf springs?

I haven't actually looked at the setup, i was going by previous experience with other brands. I will take alook tomorrow and see if it looks like some spacers could be removed. Thanks for the idea
