Default Strange Noise

Hey ya'll. I've got a problem I was hoping you could help me with. I have a high pitched noise coming from the rear of my truck. Most noticable at speeds ~20-40 mph. Noise occurs while I'm both on and off the brakes and accelerator; although, if I really get on the accelerator, I don't notice it. I notice it most when I first drive in the mornings(after a 10 min warmup) and when it is cold outside (near freezing).

The truck is an 04 quad cab, 1500, hemi, 4X4, longbox, with ~35 k mi.

I kind of think it is an exhaust problem. Can't tell anything from a visual inspection...

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your time.
