Default P0132 Trouble Code

Hey guys, been reading this site for a while and thought it would be a good time to post.

My truck is a mostly stock (with the exception of a Fram Airhog air filter) 2003 1/2 ton with the hemi.

Anyways, my problem is that I recently replaced my u/s heated o2s with a Bosch universal o2s. I soldered the connections myself, installed it and reset the pcm and I am still getting a P0132 code. THe good news is that I seem to be getting better mileage but the bad news is that when the engine warms up and particularily at idle (say stopped at a red light), the rpms go up and down and throttle response is poor - sometimes I haved to give it alot of throttle to start off and then the rpms go up and the truck lurches. I have read that something like this may be caused by the heater circuit somehow shorting to the o2s. Any help would be appreciated.

put a factory o2 sensor in there. You aren't suppose to solder in o2 sensor this changes the resistance in the harness and the pcm may be getting the wrong voltage signal.

Yeah that's probably the way to go - unfortunately I already sunk $120 in that Bosch with its pos connectors!

Thanks guys.
