Default New shoes and rims

Looking for winter rubber, still have a old set of tires from the previous truck(fit on 17 rims) but they are about 4000 km away from where I'm and the truck are currently. Now to the question i got a buddy that would give me his rims with winter tires for cheap but they are of an 2004 audi A8 any chance that those would bolt up. The rims are identical to those once: once. http://cgi.ebay.ca/Pirelli-Snow-Tire...QQcmdZViewItem

Audi has a different wheel offset and those will probably be tucked under the fender of your truck too far.

Secondly, those tires, 225-55x17 are way too short, compared to the stock size.

Audi's bolt pattern is 5 x 112mm.

Dodge Ram is 5 x 139.7mm

The only common denominator seems to be that they're 17" diameter.
