I might be making an unneeded post but I can't find what I'm looking for. So, does anyone know if it is possiable to put a 6 spd. manual in a '04 rcsb 4.7 / the 5 spd. manual? also if so is it a recomended upgrade for milage/ performance? Finally if there is an answer in some other post, please provide the link for me. Thakns in advance guys.

 

the tcm will have a fit with out the 545rfe behind it. is easiest to build up the 545rfe then to swap in something else. the cp's on these trucks are very difficult to get around

 

Isn't 545rfe an auto? I have the T-56 manual I belive.
