The biggest reason you didn't get an answer is because the question has been asked a million times before. In the time it took to post your question, you could have typed "4.7 tuner" (40 results) or "4.7 programmer" (96 results) into the search box and read dozens of threads on the subject. Then you could make up your own mind.

I'm sure I'll be called a "search ****;" ever since msg board software began in the mid 90s, people have been begging new vistors to search first and for just as long, they've resisted doing it. There's a happy medium between searching and asking but at least give it a good faith attempt. You'll get your answers quicker and will probably learn other things along the way.

 

THanks for the replies. THe link provided regarding the SCT is exactly what I was after. And for the search ****,,, well, did it occur to you I DID do some searching? I never came across what I was looking for by doing so.
