huh I wonder how the GS supercharger would stack up against the STS turbo kit...[sm=confused06.gif]
i dunno, but thats the route i plan on taking....I like the GS kit, but the STS turbo looks funner plus it's more effcient in the fact that it doesn't take horsepower to make horsepower, if ya know what i mean....but i like ur setup 7floorsofhell

ive always liked superchargers, don't know much about the turbo. i drive mine everyday, tow a trailer with it 6 days a week, have 30,000 miles on the truck. i average almost 12 miles to the gallon without trailer. on the highway, when i'm in 4th and stop it down to 2nd, you almost lose control of this truck. like i said earlier, i haven't tracked this yet, excited to though. i also unplugged the torque management wire and this truck is silly when it shifts at wot. my stepbrother laughed at me when i spent the money on this, he has an 03 4x4, but when i got just the supercharger installed in my garage, i let him take it out, HE WASNT LAUGHING ANYMORE. I'm putting one on his in the spring. you can honestly install it yourself with basic handtools. the hardest part was tapping the oil pan, kills your wrists. GS gives you the software to download into the new fuel management system. just a laptop and follow instructions. you have to change plugs every 15000, 91 octane or better only, synthetic oil every 2000 miles so maintenance can get expensive. i have headers back from dynatech stainless. cutout as well. the cam was mor difficult then the charger to put in. when i pull into a gas station under the overhead above the pumps and that sucker is whistling loud as hell, heads ALWAYS turn. I absolutely love the attention this thing gets me. pull out of the gas station and everyone sits there and waits for the light to turn green to see what it can do. tires do become an issue. looking into traction bars. i've been carrying tube sand in the rear to help it stay on the ground.

I have an 03, feel free to borrow it and put as much money in it as you want to prove them wrong AGAIN! Only one minor issue, I will need to borrow your truck as you work on it though.
BADDASS ride man.
Did you do anything to the stock tranny yet?

Good luck with selling 1000 cars this month....or you could get some headbuster deals where you buryyour customerin the front end before they even get to the finance office. Then hold backon the trade a coupleG's and make sure that the finance guy buys the loan down acouple of points and sells it up a couple (and make sure that your customer buys the platinum warranty, too)...Extra money on the back end (assuming your dealership pays like the ones I have worked at)...Come on man...get your hustle on so you can get a supercharger..lol

Good luck really in your car sales endeavors. That is not an easy job.
