Default RE: Lookin for a good set of tires what would you recommend for a 2007

I know alot of people, Especially the Big Lifted guys suggest M/T's but M/T's Pretty much SUCK at everything other than well, MUD. Snow, and Ice you can forget about.

My opinion? BF goodrich T/A KO's. They are a GREAT tire, Great traction on all surfaces, including Snow and ice, They wear great, and offer little road noise.

Jimmydaleo had BFG A/T KO's and he HATES them, I would suggest regular BFG A/T's.

I know I am late on this thread but I am now a fan of the pro-comp line. I will be going with there regular all terrain next, not the extreme. In Arizona it is pretty much desert for off roading and These will do well in the sand.

I'm up in the frozen north, 80% on road, 20% off road. First winter with my 07 1500. I swapped out the stock tires for Toyo Open Country ATs. Man they rock! They hook up in the ice/snow and off road, and are nice and quiet on the road! Even more so than the pansy aXX tires that came on the truck. I'm running 260x60xr17 (I think) so you may be looking at bigger tires, but still... Nice tire for the $$.
