I am getting noise from the plastic piece behind the hood, up against the windshield, when I get above 65 mph. It is this plastic piece being lifted up by the wind and slapping the glass. I have a temp fix on it by inserting some folded paper towels under it, but i need to correct it.

It is still under factory warranty, but I wanted to know if anyone else has had similar problems before going to my local Dodge Shadetree Mechanic Service Department for the usual BS'ing about how they "don't hear the problem".
