rear end clunk
Ok so everytime i go into reverse and turn the wheel clockwise the rear end clunks and the is squeeky. As soon as I pull foward it stop also it doesn't do it if i turn counterclockwise in reverse or go straight back. I was thinking its the emergency brake becuase awhile back the pedal itself would only go a little bit down when appliyng the parking brake and now it goes down to the floor. And the pedal itself doesn't return all the way up so the light is always on unless i manually pull it up more. Is there anyway the emegemcy brake can be adjusted. I just hope it's not the lsd.
Sounds to me like you should be pulling those rear wheels and doing an inspection of the parking brake system. My guess is that you pulled a cable loose, or something at the pads themselves.
I have an 05 with 70k on it and the park brake hasn't changed since new--all orginal components.

ok so we adjusted the brakes and it fixed the big clunk from the e-brake catching but the foot pedal still doesn't return all the way up when released. So the light on the dash is always on. Is it some sort of spring under the dash or what.
