de badging Not so good
My buddy used waxed dental floss to remove his badges off of his F-150
(Of course this was the same dental floss his hot girlfriend was wearing for a bathing suit, ha, ha) But seriously it worked on his and he just did a goog wax/buff job after it was done. I think he used the Bug & Tar remover first because that was all he had at the time

If anyone does decide to use the eraser wheel, go slow with that too, it can "burn" your clear coat if you get it spining too fast with too much pressure. plus the foam tape they use on the badging will melt a little andclump up.

use waxed dental floss instead of fishing line, the wax will help it cut through the adhesive without hurting the paint
guess i should have read the rest of the thread... someone else already mentioned dental floss

It went easier then i thought 1 blow dryer 1 fishing line 1 bottle of goo gone and a 12 pack later she was finished, i did use an erase but not from napa i got so buzzed that i figured one of my sons school erase will work and sure enough like magic actually. i havent got a chance to take some picss but i will this weekend,
Glad you hear you got that B*&%$ de-badged. Sure it's gonna look damn good.
Figured I'd throw this out there, though, for anyone else who is considering debadging...on my last vehicle before I bought my new 1500 I used to take it into the local detailing shop in Denver for a simple wash and vac for$15. One day I decided to debadge the B&*^%, so they did it in the shop for me.
The shop debadged it, buffed out the debadged areas, washed and vaced it for $30.
So really it cost me $15 to debadge.
Just a thought for anyone who's lazy!

By the way...this is going to sound like a completely rookie question, but I'm a brand new Dodge owner and have never owned one before now. Can someone please explain exactly what the Big Horn Edition is. I have one, but don't know exactly what that entails.
