Default Issues with Parking Lights & Plate Lights

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting so bear with me please. I am having an issue regarding my parking lights and my plate lights. About a month ago I began having a problem with them. Both sets of lights tend to stay on even after I remove the fuse. It sounds weird, but everytime I turn the car off they stay on and even when I pop the hood and remove the fuse for them, they stay on. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but if anyone on here has had this problem or knows if I am missing something I could really use the help! Thanks! Sam.

Are you the original owner? Try checking behind the radio for evidence of wiring changes. That's where most people butcher the wiring.

Are you sure your taking out the correct fuse?? If so it definatley sounds like some1 was messing with the wiring, wiring problems are always such a joy to troubleshoot...
