I have a 2003 2500 hevy dutty ram. I was looking on ebay and seen some OEM tow hooks for my truck. Some have 4 brackets with it and the other one just has the hooks. Do i need the 4 brackets to install the tow hooks and have them work to there full potential? Also when i look under my truck i see bracket under there that attach to my bumper and they have 4 holes in them that look like that would be where the hooks bolt on.
