Hey easy on the rant up there buddy!!!! I think it looks good, the pocket flares really finish the look off! Most guys here understand we each want something different for our trucks. And hammer... well hes just hammer

But seriously it looks good, what were the problems you encountered?

Very nice Hemiman.

Yeah I love the white. just looks crisp and clean to me. The Audi is the wifes. I had gotten it and then a week later she wanted it so I gave it to her. Gave me a reason to go get a RAM! So I have her to thank for that.

Yeah the old truck is a 56 Chevy Big Back Window. Harder to find nowadays. I love it.

My brother has a 1950 Ford F1 sitting on a S-10 chassis with a 401 Nailhead in it, as well as a 1949 Desoto. We love old and new!!!!

I have had a lot of vehicles, 23 and counting and I am only 30 years old. I am learning to hold onto vehicles longer now, as the wife makes me. Its an expensive habit I have. Lets keep the Ram!

So how do you get nominated for TOTM????

First was getting the lift. Supplier sent the wrong one. Got the right one sent to me.

Next was getting someone to install it. Everybody wanted $2,000 plus to install it. I had a buddy who did suspension work on my Hummer when I had it, so I asked him. He charged me $750 so I felt that was fair.
Installing took two days since he had somewhere to be in th evening of the first day of install.

Next was wheel fitment. When I bolted nthe wheels and tires up without the lift, they fit fine. Since I got longer and larger steering knuckles with the lift, the front wheels didn't fit. Had to order spacers. By the way a side note, i was charged $40 for mounting and balancing of wheels and tires. Sounded like an awesome price to me. Can't beat it.

Next was the wrong spacers. Got that straightened out, and voilah!!!!!

Now you have my truck as it sits!

So lets hope all is well from here on out.

Also I got the Bullydog Programmer and was sent the wrong one. SO I have a brand new in the box Programmer for sale 03-06 Hemi Gas Programmer. Claims 25 Horsepower from the site and a tech article. Let me know.

I thought the Pocket style fender flares were a must. Finished the look. Plus, since the tires stick out further than the wheel wells a little, the cops around here will harass you to no end.

The fitment was perfect and the chrome bolts inside the divets of the flares are just dummy ones. No drilling into the fender and it is a super tight fit.

Thanks for the replies fellas!

Keep them coming as my wife will finally understand why and what I am spending her "handbag budget" on!!!!!!!!

HAHA

Like it, looks good.
What's dimensions of rims? Offset, backspacing etc...
How wide is your rubber? 37 x ? x 20
Any rubbing issues at full turn?

Very nice!! I like it alot!! I saw an '02 same as mine the other week but he had 3" of body and I think 6" of suspension under his, roll bar, and a tire in the bed of the truck on a locking thing...Thats what I want mine to look like...minus the tire in the bed of the truck....but yes, your truck looks awesome!!! Have fun with her!!
