Just installed a K&N 77 series cold air intake in my '05 QC 4.7L. it's the only mod i've done on it so far, but i'm looking to get an aftermarket exhaust. I was reading some other forums and heard of the gibson supertruck, which sounds like a pretty good one to get. anyway, my truck sounds awsome with the new intake on it, just wondering if i do get an exhaust will it produce any gains in power? will it make my truck sound even better, or make it sound worse? any input would helps, thanks.

 

It all depends on what you want...Some exhaust set-ups have a lot of drone (some ppl like that), Some are loud, while some are almost like stock...there are multiple options/configurations.

so has anyone used the summit glass packs on thier 4.7 or other ram. i just want a plain old single in single out that will give a good rumble and increase the ponies a bit i dont care if its lound on the inside or has the "dreaded drone" hp and sound is the most important to me
