how much does it cost to install a lift kit?
Hello, I am wanting to get a 3" suspension lift on my 02 1500 and want to know how much it will cost for a shop to install it. And I have done tons of searching and cant find a price for the install. Thanks

Suspension lifts are the most difficult and time consuming type of lift to install. More so on a 1/2 ton IFS truck where a subframe is often involved. Without knowing the specs on your kit, I'd say a fair estimate is abouta day for probably two techs. Somewhere in between $600 and $800.

yea sorry its a 2wd. I dont do any off roading and just want a bigger truck. I bought the 2wd because I got a good deal on it. Im afraid when I do the 3" suspension it wont be high enough, so I was thinking either a another 2" lift or a 3" body lift.
