I think they'll offer a more "rugged" interior trim on ST and SLT versions. Toyota did that with the Tundra. The top of the line models got the shifter in the middle and the luxury trim, but the base models look nothing at all like that inside.

I sort of like the shifter in the middle. Only thing is that it would need one of those semi-auto trannys.

 

ya the front AND the back are beginning to look like a little tundra or something instead of a big bad ram. They'll look dumb lifted and the storage space is dumb. The console looks good though

Yeah, they always show a loaded up truck. They will have chaper versions but honestly, the current version is behind the times and if you want to purchase a Dodge ram for years to come they need to fix the problems with the company. This truck should have no issues going up against the other new trucks out there

 

Honestly, I like it. I DO NOT like the bed compartments, AT ALL! Those NEED TO GO! Not sure I like the way the bumper curves up for the tail pipes, but that is not too big of a deal. They got rid of the bug eye taillights, thats a plus, but I am currently undecided whether or not I like the shape of them. The interior is MUCH nicer than the previous models, I really like how it gives it more of a car feeling the way it has a center console and a shifter in the center. I like it much better than I did at first in the previous picture, it looks mean as hell truckin down the road.

 

I like it! Looks very nice inside and out!

 

I'm getting ready to pick up an 08 but might wait now. ANyone know if the Lifetime warranty will still be around. It's a major selling point for me as I do SO MANY miles a year.
